For an exceptionally easy and tasty marinade simply mix one part Chardy’s Jalapeno, Lime and Mezcal jam with one part natural yoghurt. Marinade the chicken pieces in the fridge for a minimum of two hours (but preferably overnight).
Grill the chicken on the bbq and in the last few minutes brush the skewers generously with more jam to create a luxurious sticky sweet glaze.
Stir a good spoonful of Jalapeño Jam into some Crème Fraîche and serve alongside the chicken skewers with a lovely fresh summer salad and a crisp white wine.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Chardy’s would like to kindly inform you that for your convenience, there are several methods of payment available for your purchases. Please note that the seller will retain ownership of the goods until the payment has been completed. We take the safety of your personal data and your online payments very seriously. DELIVERY AND TIME OF DELIVERY
Please note that the estimated delivery times provided by Chardy’s are only approximations and may not represent the final deadline. We kindly request your understanding in this regard. We kindly advise that, except in cases where payment is made by transfer, the delivery time is 30 days after the order is received. Once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address, the purchaser will be responsible for any potential issues that may arise with the products.
Please note that the general conditions may differ for deliveries abroad. Chardy’s can deliver to destinations within the EU. We use a courier service for all deliveries, unless an alternative delivery method was agreed upon prior to the agreement. We will be as helpful as we can in providing you with the contact information for the courier service. You will be informed about shipping and delivery costs before your purchase is confirmed. In the event that the shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, we will do our utmost to provide you with this information as soon as possible.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We, at Chardy’s endeavour to provide as much accurate information as possible, including images, verbal information and price quotes, about the goods that we offer. This is provided either by phone or email and is based on the main characteristics of the goods as outlined. We kindly ask for your understanding that Chardy’s cannot be held responsible for any advice provided, printing errors on the website or technical information supplied by suppliers or manufacturers. However, there may be instances where goods cannot be delivered due to unintentional discrepancies in stock data or unforeseen circumstances with suppliers. TIME FOR REFLECTION AND RETURNS (LAW ON BUYING BY MAIL ORDER)
We kindly request your attention to the fact that the purchaser is entitled to a period of reflection of 14 calendar days for all products purchased from Chardy’s. Please note that the reflection period starts from the moment you or someone designated by you receives the goods. During this period, we kindly request that you handle the goods and the packaging with care. Please be aware that the right to cancel the purchase is not possible in the event that the product and the package material are damaged, used, or not in its original form. Should you wish to cancel the purchase, inform us either by phone or by letter within 14 days following the delivery date of the goods. Furthermore, please be assured that there are no penalties for cancelling the purchase and no reason is required.
We would like to make you aware that you should return the goods undamaged, unused and unopened (in their original packaging) at the very latest 7 days after delivery. Please note, that the shipping date will be the control date. Furthermore, you should include all accompanying documentation, certificates of guarantee and packing materials with the return shipment, as well as the number of your bank account. Please be advised that the purchaser covers the shipping costs of the returned goods. Please stamp all shipments. Unstamped or poorly readable stamps will unfortunately be refused.
Chardy’s will refund the full purchase price, including shipping, within 30 days. If the conditions for cancellation aren’t met, the purchase amount (including shipping) may not be fully returned. Please be advised that you will remain the owner of the product. We could by all means send it back to you, however kindly note that you’ll have to cover the shipping costs. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following exceptions to the conditions stated here.
Please note that in the event that a product was made or changed especially for you, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days does not apply. Similarly, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund when a product has been used or is damaged in any way.
FAULTS/DEFECTS
We would like to highlight that the customer should thoroughly inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. It would be advisable for the customer to check whether the goods are in line with the agreement. In the event of a clear and manifest fault being identified, please be note that you notify Chardy’s within seven working days of delivery. Please be assured that in case the goods do not comply with the description of the offer, Chardy’s will cover the costs of returning them.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
In cases where circumstances beyond Chardy’s control make it impossible to meet its commitments, the company may appeal to such circumstances if they arise after Chardy’s should have met its commitments. In such a situation, we regret to inform you that Chardy’s will be unable to fulfil its obligations regarding delivery and other commitments. In the event that this period exceeds eight weeks, both parties may choose to terminate the agreement, without any obligation to provide compensation.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Please note that when you use any Service or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your internet-connected device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We would like to inform you that by using our Service, you are consenting to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, notices and messages on this site or through the other Services. Should you so desire, you are also able to retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal writing requirements.
