We roosteren onze pepers zachtjes op de bbq omdat dat gewoon de beste manier is om hun heerlijke diepe smaak te intensiveren. We zijn ook een samenwerking aangegaan met Vink, een ambachtelijke Nederlandse whisky distilleerder net buiten Amsterdam, en hebben gekozen voor hun Triple Wood Whisky, omdat deze de perfecte structuur en balans biedt die de heerlijke fruitsmaken van de habanero pepers complementeert. De ontwikkeling van deze jam heeft wat langer geduurd en we hebben een paar mensen laten wachten (bedankt voor jullie geduld), maar daar is \u2018ie dan eindelijk en we zijn er supertrots op. Vol zoete fruitsmaken en een kruidige, rokerige whisky-afdronk. We hebben de pittigheid in balans gehouden; hij is zeker niet heet, maar wel pittig genoeg om perfect te combineren met een heerlijke oude brokkel kaas of een romige, zachte kaas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion has-background\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\" style=\"background:none;\"><span>Suggesties<\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\" style=\"border-color:none;\"><p>Deze jam is speciaal ontwikkeld voor bij een kaasplank en de zoetheid en zuurgraad combineren perfect met zowel sterke als romige kazen. Onze favorieten zijn een oude Hollandse kaas of een vintage cheddar, maar hij past ook uitstekend bij gerookte kazen. Roer hem door wat roomkaas of een dipsaus die zeker indruk zal maken. Perfect om te glazuren op de barbecue voor decadente, kip-spiesjes.
