De langverwachte jam van Jalape\u00f1o, Limoen en Tequila is eindelijk een feit en we zijn er supertrots op. Van het begin af aan hebben we deze jam ontworpen om jezelf te verwennen en het is vrij moeilijk om het dekseltje er weer op te doen als je er eenmaal van aan het genieten bent. We zijn vrij royaal geweest met de Jalape\u00f1os, dus hoewel de saus mild is, heeft het toch een heerlijk pittig tintje. Boordevol krachtige Jalape\u00f1o smaken, een frisse citrus bite om de zoetheid in balans te brengen en een scheutje Tequila om de smaken af te ronden.<\/p>\n

Suggesties<\/span><\/summary>

De zoetheid en zuurheid van citrusvruchten, in combinatie met de milde kruiden in de jam, combineren uitstekend met smeu\u00efge spijzen, waardoor het een heerlijke smaakmaker is bij kaas. Dat is precies waarom we het gemaakt hebben! We zijn zelf verzot op deze jam met een romige Ch\u00e8vre of een zachte kaas zoals Brie, maar het past ook heel goed bij sterkere kazen zoals Camembert, een oude Gouda of een vintage Cheddar. Als je echt indruk wilt maken op je vrienden, gebruik de jam dan als topping op vanille-ijs. Of voor een snelle en makkelijke dip roer je simpelweg een lepel jam door de roomkaas! Als het om kip gaat, houden we er helemaal van om jam als glazuur te gebruiken - het maakt de heerlijkste, knapperige BBQ-spiesjes! Het is een ideale toevoeging aan een broodje! Wat dacht je van geitenkaas, rucola en een vleugje zwarte peper? Of wellicht wil je een sharing platter op smaak brengen met een pittige toevoeging die zeker een goed gesprek op gang zal brengen!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n
