Daarom gebruiken we onze unieke alcoholische dubbele fermentatie, om het ware karakter van de Madame Jeanette en Adjuma paprika's te behouden. De saus is azijnvrij, waardoor de heerlijk intense citrus-, passievrucht-, ananas- en mangosmaken van de paprika's echt tot hun recht komen. Een kleine waarschuwing: we zijn vrij royaal geweest met de pepers, daardoor is de saus behoorlijk aan de hete kant. Als je net zoveel van Madame Jeanette houdt als wij, dan is dit toch echt een cadeautje. Het is een geweldige saus voor algemeen gebruik in de keuken, wanneer je de smaak van het Cara\u00efbisch gebied aan een gerecht wilt toevoegen.
