Respect voor de peper staat bij Chardy's voorop! Daarom hebben we een unieke dubbele fermentatietechniek ontwikkeld en het gebruik van azijn vermeden om het frisse fruitkarakter van de pepers te versterken. Deze saus wordt gebalanceerd met een vleugje rook, door de paprika's op een houtvuur te roosteren en vervolgens te laten rijpen om zijn rijke, complexe, fruitige, rokerige en pittige signatuur te ontwikkelen.
