C'est pourquoi nous utilisons notre double fermentation alcoolique unique, afin de pr\u00e9server le v\u00e9ritable caract\u00e8re des poivrons Madame Jeanette et Adjuma. La sauce ne contient pas de vinaigre, ce qui permet aux saveurs merveilleusement intenses d'agrumes, de fruits de la passion, d'ananas et de mangue des poivrons de s'exprimer pleinement. Attention, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 assez g\u00e9n\u00e9reux avec les poivrons, et la sauce est donc un peu piquante. Si vous aimez Madame Jeanette autant que nous, c'est notre petit cadeau.
