Chez Chardy's, nous avons \u00e0 c\u0153ur de respecter le piment. C'est pourquoi nous avons mis au point une technique unique de double fermentation et \u00e9vit\u00e9 d'utiliser du vinaigre, afin de mettre en valeur le caract\u00e8re fruit\u00e9 des piments. La sauce est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e par une touche de fum\u00e9e obtenue en r\u00f4tissant les poivrons au feu de bois, puis elle est affin\u00e9e pour d\u00e9velopper sa riche signature complexe, fruit\u00e9e, fum\u00e9e et acidul\u00e9e.
