Wir r\u00f6sten unsere Paprikaschoten schonend auf dem Grill, weil das der beste Weg ist, ihr wunderbares, tiefes Aroma zu intensivieren. Au\u00dferdem haben wir uns mit Vink zusammengetan, einem niederl\u00e4ndischen Handwerksbrenner aus der N\u00e4he von Amsterdam, und uns f\u00fcr ihren Triple Wood Whisky entschieden, weil er die perfekte Struktur und Balance bietet, um die sch\u00f6nen Fruchtaromen der Habanero-Paprika zu erg\u00e4nzen. Die Entwicklung hat lange gedauert und wir haben einige Leute warten lassen (danke f\u00fcr Ihre Geduld), aber endlich ist sie fertig und wir sind superstolz darauf. Voller s\u00fc\u00dfer Fruchtaromen und einem w\u00fcrzigen, rauchigen Whisky-Abgang. Wir haben die Sch\u00e4rfe ausgewogen gehalten; sie ist sicherlich nicht scharf, aber scharf genug, um wunderbar zu einem sch\u00f6nen reifen K\u00e4se oder einem cremigen Weichk\u00e4se zu passen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion has-background\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\" style=\"background:none;\"><span>Empfehlungen f\u00fcr Speisen<\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\" style=\"border-color:none;\"><p>Diese Marmelade wurde speziell f\u00fcr eine K\u00e4seplatte entwickelt.
