Deshalb verwenden wir unsere einzigartige alkoholische Doppelg\u00e4rung, um den wahren Charakter der Madame Jeanette- und Adjuma-Paprika zu bewahren. Die Sauce ist frei von Essig, wodurch die wunderbar intensiven Zitrus-, Passionsfrucht-, Ananas- und Mangogeschm\u00e4cker der Paprikaschoten besonders gut zur Geltung kommen. Ein Wort der Warnung: Wir waren ziemlich gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit den Paprikaschoten, so dass die Sauce ein wenig scharf ist.
